Historic Watercolour Papers

3 items

The Cotswold Coloured Range was named after villages in the Cotswolds where Ruscombe Paper Mill had its origins and where they were originally developed in the early 90's. The colours are matched to samples which were mostly printed on, or stained onto, 19th century book papers.  The tones are achieved with natural earth pigments and where appropriate, pre-dyed cotton fibres. Slight colour changes are inevitable between batches as is common to most products with colour content.

The colours displayed below are for indication of tone only and should be verified with the aid of our catalogue of sample papers.
