Essential properties of a good drawing paper include the ability to erase and alter without damage to the surface. The blending of cotton, linen and hemp fibres provides the necessary strength and stability.
None of the papers have a pure white colour, which as in nature provides an opportunity to use and intregrate the various tonal aspects into the work of the drawing.
